Launch your connection, and the browser.
Click on the "Help" menu and click on "About...(whatever the browser is)"
Somewhere on the page you will see the name of the browser and a version number.

• In Netscape Navigator, click the Options menu, then "Network Preferences,"
• Click the "Proxies" tab.
• Make sure "Manual proxy Configuration" has a check mark next to it
• Click the "View" button to the right.
• Make sure 209.12.39.3 is entered in the FTP, Gopher, HTTP, Security, and WAIS proxy boxes
• (leave SOCKS blank)
• Make sure 80 is in the "Port" column for each
• (leave SOCKS with a port of 1080).
• Now click OK twice.

• Make sure 80 is in the "Port" column for each

• Type the following address where it says "Address": 209.12.39.3
• For the "Port" type 80.
• Now click OK.
