When the customer clicks on the "Mail" button on the previous screen shot, IE assumes that he wants to compose a message and opens up with a new message sub-window in front of the main Mail window (called "Untitled" at the top of that sub-window). To get to the main Mail window, just close the Untitled window. To verify the mail settings, click the Preferences button on the toolbar.
