1.  If a customer is having trouble accessing secure sites, one troubleshooting step is to make sure all four options in the "Warnings" area are checked, so that he will be prompted whenever entering or leaving secure sites.




2.  Temporary internet files is where we can go to "clear the customer's cache." Click the Settings button to make sure the customer is not devoting too much disk space to his cache files, and to clear his cache.
