1.  You can use the Connect button to access the screen to bypass the IE4 signup.

2.  Most customers connect using a modem.  If you are doing a manual signup, you will click the Settings button here to select, create, or modify the props for a DUN dialer for Integrity and enter the customer's logon username and password.

3.  Here is where you enter proxy server info.  The "Bypass proxy server for local addresses" box should not be checked.  Do not type the proxies directly into the Address and Port fields here...rather, click the Advanced button and proceed to add or modify.
